Registered Massage Therapy
A registered massage therapist has completed specialized training in anatomy, physiology, and pathology related to massage therapy practice. During an RMT session, the therapist will manipulate your body tissues through different massage techniques like myofascial release, or deep tissue manipulation to alleviate muscle tension and promote relaxation. As part of their scope of practice RMTs can help diagnose problems related to muscles joints nerves bones etc., perform orthopedic testing, and create personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.

Registered Clinical Counsellor
Registered Clinical Counsellors are trained to help clients explore and understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and confidential setting. They use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in making positive changes in their lives.
